I am a certified Yoga Instructor who have recently moved to Lantau and love it. I plan to offer yoga class on the beach starting December when the weather cool down. Should you interested to join class please drop me your email and I will keep you posted.

At the moment I can offer private yoga lesson at my home in Pui O or at your place as long as I can drive to it on lantau Island.

Many of my private students are not yoga regular goer and rather stiff or had some injury hence make it difficult for them to join regular yoga class. I work with each student and adjust the class accordingly.

My fee is HK$ 350 per session (60-75 mins) satisfaction guarantee.

Should you have any question regarding my class or about Yoga in general, ask away, I may not have all the answer but should be able to direct you to one.

Namaste,

Anya

I can have class in Mui Wo if you have friends who like to do the class can be 3-6 people then we can set up regular classes schedule on the day and time that fit everyone. I have to figure out a rental studio in Mui Wo. Should not be too difficult.

I am accumulating questions and requests to figure out where and when might be the best time to offer the classes. So any request and suggestion will be put into consideration.

Dear Miss P,

Have to apologize for not getting my act together. I have been doing more of private class and have not been diligent about setting up regular classes. I will be out of country this Sunday for 2 weeks and when I come back will get things moving.

It look likes I might hold class in Mui Wo but will confirm later.

Again thank you for asking.

Dear Paddy,

I charge HK350 for a class 60-75 mins. Private class can be either one-on-one or a group of 2-3 people. Private class can be at my place in Pui O Au or at a student place.

Most of my private class students are either have injury, have no time, or rather new to yoga and need more assisting.

I'm leaving for Italy tonight and will be back on second week of May. Pl do check back with me later regarding class.

Cheers,

Anya

Hi Anya,

I would definately be interested in your yoga class if you could get one going in Cheung Sha. The new watersports center called Palm Beach has a lovely grassy area that could be perfect for a yoga class. I think there are a few residents around Cheung Sha & Tong Fuk that practice yoga and would be into a class if there was one.

Hope it works out!

cheers

Thank you Mike,

I actually working with Little Owl Learning Center in Mui Wo to get my class starting soon.

Palm Beach is definitely nice however this time of year may not be so suitable for outdoor yoga as it could either rain or very hot. Unless it is at very early morning or evening class i.e 6 am or 5 pm.

I'll post an update on my class in Mui Wo once it is finalized. I will also have a chat with Palm Beach to see what they think.

Anya
