Has anyone seen it...

There is a questionnaire/survey/petition to find out about those residents with children here in S.Lantau.
The petition is to urge the government to take note of the community and the educational needs of the children here and re-open the Heung Yee Kuk School as a through-train (primary and secondary) school.
