Hi Everyone...

Marching across Hong Kong, BOOTCAMP is the only outdoor exercise program that is all about getting fast results.

The exercise regimes attack your entire body. Using the outdoor space around them, qualified trainers provide a fun experience that bonds recruits and gets them fighting fit.

You too can become a BOOTCAMP recruit and take part in a fun, results-based program that works on cardio endurance, strength ability and muscle toning, which is achieved through interval, circuit, high intensity and body resistance training. Whatever your fitness level the workout is open to all, whether it is the first time you have put on a pair of trainers or you are preparing for a triathlon.

Sessions will run on a Monday and Wednesday evening at 6.15 pm in Cheung Sha (for 45 minutes). If there's more interest, I'm happy to run more sessions and early morning sessions too. I'm also happy to run a session or two in Mui Wo if there's interest.

This sounds interesting. What is the fee for attending the bootcamp? Is this for adults only?

Hi,

It's HK$1200 for 8 sessions, the more you buy, the less you pay...

It'll be a lot of fun, why don't you join us next week?

Sorry, I didn't fully answer your question...Yes, it's for adults (and older teens) only.

do you have sessions in mui wo too? if so, when and what time?
i'd be very interested to join. also since i have an irregular working hour job, is it possible to attend the sessions in a "floating basis"? :)

thanks!

Hi Jalepeno,

At the moment there are no sessions in Mui Wo, but I would be happy to run them there if we could get 5 people together.

As far as floating between sessions is concerned, I'm not really sure what you mean....if you mean that you would miss a few and then join in, for your own benifit, I wouldn't recommend it purely because you won't see results.

I hope this answers your questions. If you have any questions about booking or locations, please feel free to contact Jackson Ip at...

hi trichick,

thanks for the quick reply. i would love to try to make it for every sessions, but with my irregular working hours i'm afraid at times i won't be able to swap my shifts. so i understand sessions are twice a week right? i could try and pre-arrange my shifts, but again, nothing is guaranteed and i just wanted to make sure that it was possible. but thanks again!

Hi Jalapeno and Tot,

Jalapeno, yes - sessions are on Mondays and Wednesdays for the moment. They are starting next Monday (8 June) in Cheung Sha at 6.15 pm. If you are interested, send me a pm with your email address and I'll send you the details or alternatively, you could contact Bootcamp (Jackson), the contact details are at the top of this thread.

I'm happy to run morning (maybe 6 or 6.15 am) or evening classes (6 pm and later) in Mui Wo/Pui O too if there are takers - I'm really flexibile.

Looking forward to seeing you both at Bootcamp sometime.

Hi,

I can run sessions on Tuesday/Thursday mornings (6 or 6.15 am) or evenings (after 6pm) in Tong Fuk (at the beach) or Mui Wo (Silvermine Beach) - any interest?
