2 ignorance application at Mong Tung Wan.
Strange! The indigenous villager apply to build a small house on govt. land with green belt. Everybody know that the view is excellent. I think that impossible to pass.

Yes, the extant building was under old ordinance.
But the enivornment ordinance is change by the enivornment protection and people sense.

Actually this has been resubmitted to the Town Planning Board - deadline for submissions is the 26th of June.
The application is to build on land in the Green Belt zone.

It is not resubmitted, is objection the result of before.
It is different for the procedural!!!:D
