Cheap removal company?

In March I need to move from Wang Tong to Kowloon City. I don't have too much too move at all but am looking for a cheap removal company to help me drive my things from my home in Wang Tong to the new place in Kowloon City. Any good suggestions or reccomendations?

Also the Caltex people, a few doors up the road from Shell, but I reckon Hong Kee's best.

When I moved from Sai Kung to Lantau, Shell gave me a quote of $26,000 (!!!!!) - I do have a fair bit of stuff, but Caltex's quote was $6,000. Later, moving within Lantau, Hong Kee's quote was $3000.

Wrap up any breakables REALLY well for all of them ;)
