I just bought an Xbox 360 Go PRO box and am having trouble with the internet connection part, and am also trying to link with my laptop. The system keeps saying DNS setting failed and I have no idea what that means.
Can anyone help or point me in the direction of someone that can help. Willing to pay.
Also my computer seems to be running very slow, so am also looking for help.
Thanks

How are you connecting the XBOX to the network? Are you using a fixed cable or a wireless connection?
What are you plugging it into? Are you plugging it into a wireless router or switch? Or are you plugging it directly into a PCCW router?
Regarding the PC - probably needs a format and reinstallation of Windows. You could run Windows Update (in Internet Explorer Select 'Tools' -> 'Windows Update') and it may install a new service pack.
If you do reformat make sure you back up all your data beforehand (if you have less than 2Gb of data there are companies that provide online storage and give the first 2Gb for free IDrive (http://www.idrive.com/) is one of many) . If you are doing a Windows update make sure you have a genuine copy of Windows (or at least one that passes verification).
There is a PC repair man in Mui Wo - have a look here PC Repair (http://www.lantauchat.com/forumdisplay.php?f=37)
