Hiking from Mui Wo to Tung Chung or near

I want to walk from Mui Wo to Tung Chung tomorrow. Does anyone know the route or the best trail to take? Anything online to help. I can't find a suitable book as they are out of stock in the Lantau bookshop.

Start from Pak Ngan Heung, walk past the waterfall, up to the cave and follow the signs to Chek Lap Kok airport (or the Olympic Trail). It is all signposted.

BTW re: your question about the shortest route to qualification, I remembered one possible quick route.

It should take about 2 hrs from Pak Ngan Heung to Tai Ho Wan at a fairly leisurely pace. From there, it's best to get a taxi to Tung Chung (should be under HK$20) to avoid walking along the busy road.
