Obtaining a Bed degree (or similiar) in Hong Kong

I am a NET currently working through an agency. I am 48 years old, and although I have a TEFL I don't have a degree which would get me on the EDB NET teachers's scheme.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to the nest qualification to get for the local NET scheme, the most reasonably priced and shortest route?

I have lived in Hong Kong for many years but wish to get some additional qualifications under my belt/
