Hiking from Mui Wo to Tung Chung (or near)

I see many people catching the busback from near`Tung Chung after hiking from Mui Wo.

Does anyone know a good hike from Mui Wo to that area? Is there a good site or book with information about Lantau hiking?

Any Lantau hiking groups?

You can hike from Mui Wo to Tung Chung and then on to the Buddha or even Tai O.

Really recommend the AFCD book 'Beautiful Island' for some great hiking paths.

It is for sale in the book shop in Mui Wo.

Maybe get a hiking group started here?

Yes, the book sounds good. Anyone an idea what time the book shop closes in Mui Wo or if there is a contact email? I arrive home a little late sometimes but would like to try the hike this coming Saturday or Sunday.

Are there any websites with the same information to download.
