Jane, there is a Tai Chi instructor that does classes early morning on Silvermine beach. Can find out for you if you are interested.

I believe he is English speaking. I would go myself, but I need to be on the 8.05 ferry. The classes are (I think) 7-8am. Will get back to you on the contact. Have it somewhere.....
