$3600 Low Carbon Challenge: fight climate change and win prizes

Starting in September, over two million households in Hong Kong will receive a HK$3,600 subsidy on their electricity bills. To encourage smart use of energy and promote a climate-friendly lifestyle, WWF is running the "$3,600 Low Carbon Challenge" in partnership with HSBC to reward families with the highest subsidy balance by the end of January 2009.
