I think you can try body shampoo, or Stain & Odor Remover

Hi,

Since dogs can't clean themselves like cats, it's up to responsible doggie owners to give their dogs a bath every so often, especially in the hot summer months. The SPCA as well as the pet store sell dog-specific shampoo. I would not use a human shampoo - it may contain ingredients that aren't good for your dog.

In that case, you need to take your dog to the vet, as there may be something medically wrong with him.
