Dear all, 各位好 :
六月十三日星期日是一年一度的梅窩龍舟競渡日，屆時將有一百零二隊龍舟隊及很多觀眾與傳媒到會，雲集梅窩沙 灘。我們希望藉此機會，推廣我們的學校及表達原區就學的訴求，讓外界加深對我們的瞭解和支持。
日期: 2010年6月13日 (星期日)
時間: 上午10時至下午5時
地點: 梅窩沙攤 (海景酒樓)
活動內容:
1. 把原區就學的心願寫在願望樹上 (見附件)
2. 參加學校的模擬招生報名
3. 原區就學請願信簽名運動
4. 在享受茶點之餘重溫過去一年我們努力的成果 (多媒體展覽)
我們需要多方面的協助及義工多名:
- 監場 (請回覆並給予姓名及時間)
- 捐出小食及飲品
- 即興表演及安排兒童遊戲項目(請自備樂器及材料)
- 借出學生作品

一邊欣賞賽事，一邊參與此意義重大的活動，梅窩沙灘見！
On 13 June, Sunday there will be 102 teams and a big audience (including media) attending the yearly Dragon Boat Race at Mui Wo Beach. We want to take advantage of this event to promote our school and gather more support for "Local School for Local Kids" for South Lantau and Peng Chau.
> Date: Sunday, 13th June, 2010
Time: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Venue: Mui Wo Beach (the low building after crossing the bridge to the beach)
Activities:
1. Adding your wish for the local school onto the Wishing Tree (see attached image – the tree looks great!)
2. Pre-registering for the school
3. Signing petition letters
4. Enjoying some light refreshments while re-visiting what we've achieved over the past year (audio-visual exhibition)
Plenty of voluntary help needed:
- Manning the event for an hour or more between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (please give name and time available)
- Donating snacks (home-baked or store-bought) and soft drinks (no alcoholic drinks please)
- Impromptu performances and activities for kids (please bring along any musical instruments or art material you may have)
- local students' art work and exhibits
