Dear members and friends,
The new licence for First Ferry is for three years during which the government says that it will introduce a number of improvements in readiness for a ten year franchise to follow.
We believe that one of the improvements that is needed is the schedule for Lantau people.
First Ferry have agreed with our statements:
- that it is desirable to devise a schedule based upon passenger needs modified by operational practicality and economics and
- a comprehensive study will be helpful in determining passenger needs.
As you know, surveys are only useful if they ask the right questions and previous 'passenger satisfaction surveys' have been rather wanting in that respect.
Consequently, we want to start now to lay the groundwork and seek your co-operation.
Please complete the questionnaire either:
- by filling in the text below and returning to this e-mail address
- printing the attachment, complete and return either by scanning or by fax to 2984 8838.
All comments that will help toward making a perfect survey will be welcome.
