A basic bike wanted!

I'm looking for a basic bike for getting about. Fancy gears, suspension, materials, etc would be a bonus but I'm really just looking for a couple of wheels on a frame in decent nick to suit an average height woman.

I'd deffinately be happy to hear from someone who has one of those tricycle types with the seat or cargo area behind or one that already has a baby seat included.
